David K. Fram, Esq. is the Director of the National Employment Law Institute. He is a renowned and respected expert in employment law with special emphasis on the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Fram has testified before Congress on disability issues in the Federal Government and has written books and articles on the subject to include:
