As the NIH’s Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), we operate under the authority of the federal EEO laws and regulations, and pursuant to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s management directives and guidance, which outline requirements for addressing employment discrimination claims by federal employees and applicants. Our mission is to create a workplace environment where all Americans can thrive – empowering our workforce to collaborate effectively and turn scientific discoveries into better health for all.
