Who We Are
EDI is a staff office within the Office of the Director that strives to protect the integrity of the EEO process and make DEIA a priority at NIH. The EDI team is comprised of knowledgeable professionals across areas of consulting, data analysis, education, federal policy, EEO, and federally identified minority strategists, enabling them to handle issues and concerns raised by the NIH population in a proficient, professional, and timely manner.
