EEO Compliance Training for Employees
Designed to promote awareness and education on legal and regulatory definitions, the theories of discrimination, and the basics of the federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) process. Participants will learn to recognize harassment (sexual and non-sexual) in the workplace. Participants will also learn their rights and responsibilities regarding the federal EEO process.
